Directorate of Public Service and Publication of Archives

was born in Cirebon and has served as Director of Public Service and Publication of Archives since December 29, 2022. She is an alumna of the Bachelor’s Program in Communication at Padjadjaran University and the Master’s Program in Regional Development Management at STIA LAN Jakarta. She joined ANRI in 2002 and previously served as Head of Public Relations and Executive Administration (2014) and Head of the Subdirectorate of Publication of Archives (2015).

DUTIES

To carry out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of public service and publication of archives at the national scale.

FUNCTIONS

1. Preparation of policy formulation in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers;
2. Implementation of policies in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers;
3. Preparation of guidance in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers;
4. Preparation of formulation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers;
5. Implementation of technical guidance and supervision in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers;
6. Implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in the field of archives services, thematic archives services, literatures, sources publications, archival exhibitions and dioramas, as well as administrations of the nomination of archival documentary heritages for the inscription on the National and International Memory of the World registers; and
7. Implementation of administrative affairs in the directorate.
